You may request a withdrawal (refund) within 7 days of payment if the service has not been used.

Article 1 (Refund Policy Overview)

Haekwang Turbotech (the "Company") protects customers' rights through a fair refund policy. This Refund Policy applies to the subscription services and integration licenses provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definition of Commencement of Service Use)

Service use is deemed to have "commenced" if any of the following applies:

  • • Making one or more API calls
  • • Accessing the developer console dashboard to register an app or issue an API key
  • • Issuance of an integration license key
  • • Using subscription plan features (team invites, webhook setup, etc.)

* Whether the service has been used is determined based on server logs and system records.

Article 3 (Subscription Service Refunds)

Eligible for refund (full refund)

  • • Within 7 days of payment
  • • Where service use as defined in Article 2 has not commenced

Partial refund (pro-rated)

  • • Where normal use was impossible due to a service outage attributable to the Company
  • • Refund amount = payment amount × (remaining days ÷ total provided days) − PG fee
  • • The outage period is calculated based on the Company's system monitoring records

Not eligible for refund

  • • More than 7 days after payment
  • • Where service use has commenced (per Article 2)
  • • Free/discounted passes provided via events, promotions, coupons, etc.
  • • Where API call volume in the billing cycle exceeds 50% of the daily allowance

Cancellation: A subscription may be canceled at any time, and the service can be used until the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellation itself does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Article 4 (Integration License Refunds)

Eligible for refund (full refund)

  • • Within 7 days of payment
  • • Where a license key has not been issued
  • • Where API integration has not started (0 calls)

Not eligible for refund

  • • After a license key has been issued (deemed to commence use immediately)
  • • More than 7 days after payment
  • • Where the license is transferred or shared with a third party

* An integration license is a one-time purchase; partial refunds and pro-rating do not apply.

Article 5 (Enterprise Plan Refunds)

Enterprise plans are provided under a separate contract, and refund conditions follow the terms specified in the individual contract.

Where there is no separate contract, the subscription service refund provisions of this policy (Article 3) apply by analogy.

2. For refunds due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., simple change of mind), the PG payment fee (up to 3.5% of the payment amount) may be deducted from the refund.

3. For refunds due to reasons attributable to the Company (service outage, errors, etc.), the full amount is refunded without fee deduction.

4. Partial refund formula: Refund amount = payment amount × (remaining days ÷ total provided days) − applicable fee.

Article 8 (Refund Restrictions and Abuse Prevention)

Refunds are restricted in the following cases:

• Where the service was used through abnormal methods
